HGSA (Home Garden Seed Association) – Hart Seed is a founding member of the Home Garden Seed Association which is a member-driven organization of companies in the garden seed trade. Their goal is to promote gardening from seed as the easy, economical and rewarding method to grow that it is.



ASA (Atlantic Seed Association) – Hart Seed is also a founding member of the ASA, an organization established in 1952 to address the issues of seedsmen throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states. Companies in this association represent the lawn seed, garden seed and field seed industries.



ASTA (American Seed Trade Association) – Their mission is to be an effective voice of action in all matters concerning the development, marketing, and movement of seed, associated products and services throughout the world.



Connecticut Green Industries – Comprised of over 3,000 companies including florists, greenhouses, garden centers, nurseries, landscapers and more who are responsible for employing 48,000 professionals with $1.1 billion in annual sales all over Connecticut.
